2 to 4 beef ribeye steaks, 1" thick
Herb Mustard:
2 large cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons water
1 tablespoons Dijon style mustard
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup dried thyme leaves
- In 1-cup glass measure, combine garlic and water. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds. Stir in remaining mustard ingredients. Spread on both sides of beef steaks.
- Place steaks on grill over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill steaks 11 to 14 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
- Carve steaks crosswise into thick slices. Season with salt as desired. Makes 4 servings.
